All Ages Event
Starting off somewhere on the New South Wales South Coast was a trio of young, energetic school-aged lads who wanted nothing more than to gig around town and have their music heard. With their punk-laced pop music selling numerous singles, including the well-known 'Shimmy A Go Go', and 'Princess', Short Stack have been difficult to miss.
Singer Shaun Diviney, bassist Andy Clemmensen and drummer Bradie Webb entered the high-school band competition, Youthrock, in 2005 but didn't even place in the competition. However, after coming third in the state in the competition's 2006 finals, and starting their own Internet TV show called Short Stack TV which caught the attention of many online, momentum was beginning to gain for the group as their fan base grew.
The trio have saturated airwaves with their singles and caught the attention of many bands, subsequently touring with their esteemed pop-punk superiors such as Simple Plan, Good Charlotte and Metro Station. With more than half a million Myspace profile views, Short Stack has made many friends and adoring fans in their relatively short career.
